Mario Arabistanov joined Kambourov & Partners in 2012 and is a key member of the TMT department.
Mario helps major local and international sector undertakings in projects for the incorporation, structuring, M&As, share, assets and content deals, as well as licensing of telecom, tech and media operators. He assists diverse clients featuring telecoms, IT and data processing service providers, software developers, hardware suppliers, banks, on telecom licensing and compliance, content compliance, sector competition, exploitation, supply, and use of IT, networks and telecommunications, ISP and broadcast services.
Mario's practice has a strong focus on personal data protection compliance.
