The department is equally experienced in employment litigation on matters ranging from professional injuries to mass dismissals.
Being among the first on the Bulgarian legal market to realize the interplay between the migration regime and various sectors, including foreign investments, taxation, social area, labour regulations etc., the firm established a separate department to specifically cover these matters.
Clients are guided through a wide range of administrative procedures, such as issuing of visas for short term stay, prolonged residence permits and permanent residence permits for citizens of non-EU member states. Advice is also provided on long-term residence permits for foreigners who are citizens of EU countries.
