Stefan Tzakov
Stefan Tzakov is one of the firm's managing partners and the head of the Energy and Public Procurement & Concessions practices. He joined the firm in 2003.
Stefan’s work spans through all aspects of the energy sector including nuclear, gas, mining, fuels, electricity generation, electricity distribution and supply, trading in electricity, renewable energy resources, regulatory, project finance. He is also a leading Bulgarian litigator in energy disputes.
Stefan also focuses on competition law and provides expert advice and court representation on unfair competition matters, dominance, cartels, dawn raids, pricing, refusal to supply and others.
