The firm's competence in the area is well-grounded in the consultancy and representation of clients in public procurement and concession procedures in various sectors of the Bulgarian economy.

The department assists through drafting of required tender documents and paperwork; consults on the preparation of the relevant bids, provides legal support in the course of the negotiations with the competent government and municipal authorities.

Clients are represented before the administrative courts in appeals against awarding of public procurement and concession contracts.

PPPs have long ago emerged as a leading tool for the realization of large public projects. In response to these trends, we bring together leading experts in all PPP-required legal disciplines (public law, corporate, construction, public procurement, finance, tax, environmental), who are fully competent in terms of the Public-Private Partnership Act and all other norms and provisions of the PPP market.

We are well experienced in assisting various parties involved in the cooperation between the private sector and public authorities, including public authorities, sponsors, contractors, project developers, consultants, etc. The team provides analysis and advice on all relevant sets of regulations (public, commercial, economic, environmental, etc.), and develops proper regulatory frameworks and contractual structures.
