Following KP's involvement in a World Bank project for the assessment of the effectiveness of insolvency and creditor rights (ICR) systems in Bulgaria within the framework of the World Bank Reports on the Observance of Standards and Codes (ROSC) Initiative, the firm was invited to take part in a workshop organized by the EBRD and held in Sofia on 20 September. Hristina Kirilova and Ivo Alexandrov presented their findings on the Observance of Standards and Codes (ICR ROSC) in Bulgaria and took part in a panel discussion on Multi-creditor out-of-court restructuring (“OOCR”) in EU and Bulgaria, chaired by Jaime Ruiz Rocamora from the EBRD's Legal Transition Team.
