Kambourov & Partners, with Ivo Alexandrov as lead lawyer, completed the sale of Petroceltic International PLC's wholly-owned subsidiary Petroceltic Bulgaria EOOD. Petroceltic International PLC has a 100% operated interest in three producing gas fields and one field underdevelopment in the Galata Exploration Block, located in shallow water in the Bulgarian sector of the Black Sea. These are the biggest offshore gas reserves in Bulgaria. Kambourov & Partners has been assisting Petroceltic in Bulgaria ever since its take-over by Worldview Capital LLC and up the successful closing of the complex sale transaction.
