Kambourov & Partners advised pan-European private equity firm Silverfleet Capital on its investment in the merger of the Bulgarian software company Bulpros and the German CRM leader ec4u. Following an ongoing collaboration since 2018, the two companies concluded a merger agreement aimed at creating a leading digital cloud experience provider in Europe, with more than 1,400 employees across 25 offices in 11 countries. The combined platform is backed up by Silverfleet Capital through an investment in a majority stake, which continues the firm’s extensive experience with tech-enabled businesses.
