Vladimir Rangeloff is one of the firm's managing partners and the head of the Corporate and M&A and Capital Markets practices.    

Vladimir joined Kambourov & Partners in 1996 and has been at the forefront of some of the most significant deals on the Bulgarian market in the past decades. He specializes in large-scale, local and cross-border M&As and complex corporate reorganizations and restructurings. Vladimir is equally experienced in the area of banking and finance law.
