Her expertise also includes investigating property ownership issues when rights are unclear, including cases involving restitution claims and challenges with regulatory plans. She leads the preparation of complex real estate transactions, including those connected to ongoing court cases or specific types of properties. She designs strategic combinations of transactions aimed at effectively resolving legal disputes and minimising risks.
Before joining "Kambourov & Partners," she led the legal departments of two energy companies (1995-2003) and served as a junior judge at the Yambol District Court in 1993.
