Kambourov & Partners recently acted on an important investment for the Bulgarian IT community. Mitko Karushkov and Mario Arabistanov successfully coordinated an investment from hosting and software development company SiteGround to DEV.BG - a Bulgarian company developing the largest IT community in the country. The investor will acquire 10% of the start-up in exchange for the EUR 200 k investment.
