The firm also counts Nokia’s Bulgarian subsidiary as a client. Away from telecoms, the firm advised on a large public software procurement and acted for a major regional advertising agency on a joint venture with a local entertainment company.
The well-regarded Vladimir Rangeloff of Kambourov & Partners advised a German multinational company with regards to the privatization of Bulgaria’s electricity distribution network, and advised one of the few remaining state-owned companies through its privatization in 2005.
