We have advised United Group B.V. – the leading multi-play telecoms and media company in Southeast Europe and owner of the largest telco company in Bulgaria, on the sale of 100% of its passive infrastructure consisting of 4800 mobile towers in Bulgaria, Croatia and Slovenia.

The towers were acquired by Tawal - a telco infrastructure unit of Saudi Arabia-based stc Group.

As part of our role, the team conducted vendor due diligence on the target, assisted in the negotiation process, and advised on all other Bulgarian-related aspects of the transaction.
